Customer Balance Confirmation Report
The Customer Balance Confirmation report was developed according to law requirements and shows open transactions at a specific date. This printed report is sent to the customers in order to receive their confirmation of the open balance.
Note
For testing this report, you need to launch the report from ARGGO Localization/ Customer – Customer Balance Confirmation or you need to type in the Search box for Customer Balance Confirmation.
This report can be run using the following filters: Options tab:
- Request date – the customer balance is calculated and printed in the report at the date entered in this field;
- Currency Code - for customers having transactions in several different currencies, the user is able to run the report on only one currency, by selecting a value for this filter; if no filter is selected for Currency Code, all open transactions are shown;
- Manager – the name of the manager must be filled in, in order to be printed on the report;
- Accountant – the name of the accountant must be filled in, in order to be printed on the report.
Customer tab:
- No. – the customer code must be selected in this field.
Tip
If the customer code is not selected, the report will display the balance for all customers, generating a new page for each customer. But it is recommended to run the report for each customer.
Note
The second page of the report is used by the customer. The customer fills in the information according with the situation he has in his system and sends it back to the vendor.
