Posted Physical Inventory List Report

The Physical Inventory List report was developed according to Romanian law requirements. The report details on item level the inventory adjustments (quantity and value) resulted after physical inventories.

Note

Users can choose to run the report filtered by location/ by posting date/ by document no.

How to run Posted Physical Inventory List Report

1. Open Posted Physical Inventory List Report choosing Tell me icon
2. The report can be run using the following filters:

• Posting Date - specifies the date interval that posted physical inventory entries are filtered by;
• Location Code - specifies the location that Posted Physical Inventory Entries are filtered by.

Posted Results

The report should contain the following information: Report Filters, Item No., Item Description, Unit of Measure, Physical Inventory Quantity, Calculated Quantity, Quantity Differences(Plus/Minus), Unit Price LCY, Calculated Stock Value, Value Differences(Plus/Minus), Inventory Value.
