Warehouse/Item Trial Balance

The Warehouse/Item Trial Balance report was developed according to Romanian law requirements.
The report details all the movements for a specific item, during a selected period in chronological order and grouped by locations.

Note

Users can choose to run the report filtered by item or by item and location.

How to run Warehouse/Item Trial Balance Report

1. Open Warehouse/Item Trial Balance choosing Tell me icon
2. The report can be run using the following filters:

• No. - this field is mandatory, you must select an Item No. The report will show only movements for the selected item;
• Date Filter - this field is mandatory and specifies the date interval that item movements are filtered by;
• Location Filter - you can filter by location and only entries posted to the specified location will be shown in the report.

Note

The report is linked to the Internal consumption document which was developed by Microsoft especially for Romania.

Posted Results

The report should contain the following information: Location Code, Location Name, Inventory Group, Item Number, Item Description, Unit of Measure, Transaction Date, Document No., Document Type, Transaction Description, Quantities(Input, Output and Inventory), Unit cost.
