VIES Declaration

Due to periodical modifications of Romanian Law regarding this report, the standard Microsoft report was modified in order to obtain correct data for Fiscal Authorities.

Note

The report is exported in txt format and can be imported in the intelligent PDF form ANAF.

How to run VIES Declaration

  1. Open VIES Declaration choosing Tell me icon
  2. You can run VIES Declaration Report using the following filters:
  • Year – fill in the year for your declaration;
  • Month – fill in the number of the month for your declaration;
  • Responsible person – fill in the name of your accounting person;
  • Export to Excel File – check the box if you want to export the declaration as txt.
  1. The following transaction types have to appear in the Monthly Recapitulative Statement for Intra-community Supplies/Acquisitions(VIES Statement) and in the List of Intra-community Transactions(appendix to the VIES Statement):
  • The total monthly amount of the ICS and transfers (deemed ICS) performed by the company during a quarter;
  • The total monthly amount triangulation supply (as part of a triangulation scheme) performed by the company during a quarter;
  • The total monthly amount of the ICA and transfers (deemed ICA) and the total monthly amount triangulation acquisitions (as part of a triangulation scheme) performed by the company during a quarter.
  1. Operation type is filled in as follows:
  • L for intracommunity delivery of goods;
  • T for subsequent delivery in a triangular operation;
  • A for intracommunity acquisition of goods;
  • P for intracommunity supplies of services;
  • S for intracommunity acquisition of services.
  1. To preview Vies Declaration, click button Preview.
  2. To export Vies declaration in text file, check Export in Text file option, click Preview and a *.txt file will be generated.
