Integration for VAT Registration No. Validation

This customization is coming as a help for eliminating human errors which usually could occur when the partner cards are fill in within the Dynamics BC365 system. Integration for VAT Registration No. Validation is used to validate identification information based on VAT Registration No. directly from National Agency for Fiscal Administration database.
For this integration a new development was made in order to validate VAT Registration No., when a Customer or Vendor is create, to inform users if the validated VAT Registration No. is included or not in the Postponed VAT system, and also to automatically update Customer/Vendor Name, Address, Commerce Trade No. and Not VAT Registered information.

How the Integration for VAT Registration No. Validation works

  1. Create a new Customer Card with Country/Region Code RO, and a Romanian VAT Registration No..
  2. Press the Update ANAF Information button (from Process tab).
  3. In the window displayed press the Update Information button. In the following message displayed press Yes to update information on Customer Card.
  4. Verify the Customer Card. It should have all information updated on the card. The same steps can be applied for the Vendor Card.

Expected Results

Validate and update identification information based on VAT Registration No. directly from National Agency for Fiscal Administration database.
