Fixed Assets Register
The report was developed for supporting the accounting department in order to obtain a clear and simple image about values registered using fixed asset cards.
Note
Posted fixed assets transactions for different types of documents (Acquisition Cost, Depreciation, Disposal, etc.) must exist in FA Ledger Entry table.
How to run Fixed Assets Register
- Open Fixed Assets Register choosing Tell me icon
- The report can be run using the following filters:
- Depreciation Book Code - the depreciation book code for which the the report is run; this field is mandatory;
- Starting Date – select the first date of the time interval for which Fixed Assets Register is run; this field is mandatory;
- Ending Date – select the end date of the time interval for which the report is run; this field is mandatory;
- Other filters can be selected, such as FA No. and FA Posting Group.
Note
This report can be exported in Excel at running time. In order to do this, Export to Excel and Export to Excel with Totals options must be checked.
Posted Results
The report displays general details about each asset(FA Posting Group, FA No., Inventory No., Description, Location, PIF Date, Duration, Depreciation Method, Disposal Date) and total values for Initial Balance, Increases, Decreases, Final Balance, Previous Depreciation, Depreciation Increases, Depreciation Decreases, Depreciation at the end of the Period and Remaining Amount.
