FA Receipt Report
The legal requirements request printing a report with details about purchase documents of fixed assets. These details must include receipt document data (document number and date) and fixed asset acquisition cost.
Note
A dedicated space for handwriting comments must exist on printed report.
How to run FA Receipt Report
- Open FA Receipt Report choosing Tell me icon
- You can run FA Receipt Report using the following filters:
- Depreciation Book - this filter is mandatory;
- FA Receipt No. - enter the external document no. of the FA purchase document;
- FA Receipt Date - enter the FA posting date from the FA purchase document;
- FA Use Start Date - enter the FA posting date from the FA purchase document;
- Print FA Ledger Entry Dates – this field is mandatory if the user doesn’t know any of the above FA purchase data. The system will retrieve and print in the report the purchase information from FA Ledger Entry based on FA No. and Depreciation Book Code. When Print FA Ledger Entry field is checked, FA Receipt No., FA Receipt Date and FA Use Start Date fields are not editable;
- In 1. Persona and 2. Persona fields, the user can select the employees responsible for signing FA Receipt Report;
- In Fixed Asset filters for FA No., FA Class Code, FA Subclass Code, etc. can be selected. The report creates a new page for each fixed asset printed.
Note
Only one of the FA Receipt No., FA Receipt Date and FA Use Start Date fields is mandatory. The other ones can be filled in only if the information is known by the user.
Posted Results
FA Receipt Report should display the following details:
- FA No, FA Description, FA Class, FA Subclass, FA Location;
- FA Depreciation Book Code, FA Receipt Date, FA Use Start Date (PIF Date), Depreciation Method;
- Acquisition Date, Acquisition Cost.
