FA Physical Inventory List
Obtaining a report regarding the results of fixed assets physical inventory is a legal requirement. In order to comply with this law, a new report was developed. It displays a list of active (not disposed yet) fixed asset and must have an option to display values.
Note
The user must have the possibility to obtain data grouped by FA Location or by Responsible Employee.
How to run FA Physical Inventory List
- Open FA Physical Inventory List choosing Tell me icon
- The report can be run using the following filters:
- Depreciation Book - this field is mandatory;
- Document No. - a document no. for the physical inventory must be filled in; this number is printed in the report header;
- Document Date - the date at which the fixed assets physical inventory list will be obtained. In a live environment, this report is run for the previous month;
- Print FA Values - when this field is checked, the report calculates and displays values for acquisition cost, depreciation and book value columns;
- Print FA with Zero Book Value – when this fields is checked, fixed assets having null book values are also listed in the report;
- Group By – the user has the possibility to choose how the data is grouped in the report. The available options are: None, FA Location Code Only, Responsible Employee Only, FA Location and Responsible, Responsible and Location;
- 1.Persona, 2.Persona, 3.Persona – the official persons in charge with signing the report. Each of them must be selected from Company Officials list.
Posted Results
- Physical Inventory without values: the checkmark for Print FA Values must be removed before running the report. The following data will be available: FA No., FA Description, FA Class Code, FA Subclass Code, FA Location Code, Responsible Person and Serial No. This report is used especially by technical persons when performing physical inventory counting.
- FA Physical Inventory with values: the option for Print FA Values must be checked before running the report. The following data will be available: FA No., FA Description, Serial No., Calculated Quantity, Acquisition Cost, Total Depreciation Value, Book Value. This report version is used by the Accounting Department.
