Inventory Number Register

According to romanian law you have to obtain a report regarding fixed assets inventory numbers used within company. In order to comply with law requirements, Inventory Number Register report was developed.

How to run Inventory Number Register

  1. Open Inventory Number Register choosing Tell me icon
  2. Inventory Numbers Register report can be run using the following filter:
  • Depreciation Book Code: this is a mandatory filter.
Note

If necessary, data can be filtered using additional filters from FA Depreciation Book, such as: FA Posting Group, Depreciation Starting Date, FA Disposal Date, FA Acquisition Date.

Posted Results

The report should contain the following information: FA No., FA Subclass Code , FA Description, Location Code, if the fixed asset was disposed of or not, field for comments.
