Depreciation Register

The report was developed for supporting the accounting department in order to obtain a clear and simple image about values registered using fixed asset cards.

Note

Posted fixed assets transactions for different types of documents (Acquisition Cost, Depreciation, Disposal, etc.) must exist in FA Ledger Entry table.

How to run Depreciation Register

  1. Open Depreciation Register choosing Tell me icon
  2. You can run Depreciation Register report using the following filters:
  • Depreciation Date - the last day of the month for which the report is run; this filter is mandatory.;
  • Depreciation Book - the depreciation book code for which the the report is run; this field is mandatory.
Note

Other filters can be selected, such as FA Posting Group, Disposal Date, Acquisition Date.

Posted Results

The report displays general details about each asset (Posting Group, FA No., Description, PIF Date, No. of Depreciation Months, Depreciation Method) and total values for Acquisition Cost, Previous Depreciation, Current Depreciation, Cumulated Depreciation and Remaining Value.
