Trial Balance Bank Account

The report was developed to support accounting department comparing values registered in accountancy with values registered using bank account cards.

Trial Balance Bank Account report represents the equivalent of Trial balance with 4 equalities report run for bank and cash accounts.

Note

In order to test this report, you need to launch it from ARGGO Localization/ Cash/Bank/ Trial Balance Bank Account, or you need to type in the Search box for Trial Balance Bank Account.

You can run this report using the following filters:

• No – select the ledger account for the correspondent groups of bank accounts that should be displayed by the report;
• Date filter – this field is mandatory; fill in the time interval for which the report should be obtained.

Additional filters for Bank Account Posting Groups can be added.

Trial Balance Bank Account allows users to choose if:

• currency details will be displayed; for these details, Currency Details option must be checked;
• only bank accounts with balance will be displayed - Only Banks with Balance option;
• the amounts will be displayed in both local and foreign currency; if Show eq. in LCY option is checked, all amounts will be printed in local currency.
