Petty Cash Register In LCY

The Petty Cash Register LCY report was developed according to law requirements and shows the daily transactions registered using bank account cards. The report allows users to select a period of time, but a new page will be created for each day.

Note

For testing this report, you need to launch the report from ARGGO Localization/ Cash/Bank – Petty Cash Register LCY or you need to type in the Search box for Petty Cash Register LCY.

You can run this report using the following filter:

  • No: select a bank account, is mandatory to fill in one bank account;
  • Bank account posting group: is not a mandatory field;
  • Date filter: is mandatory to fill in with the period of time for which the report should be obtained.
  • Show All: if checked the transactions will be shown continuously, instead of new page for each day;
  • Show Days without Transactions: if checked the report will display also the days without records, in the filtered period.

The report displays also information like: daily previous balance, the total values for daily movements (both cash receipt and payment) and daily balance.
