Petty Cash Register FCY

The Petty Cash Register FCY report was developed according to law requirements and shows the daily transactions registered in foreign currencies using bank account cards. The report allows users to select a period of time, but a new page will be created for each day.

How to run the Petty Cash Register FCY report

  1. Open the Petty Cash Register FCY by choosing Tell me icon
  2. In the window that is opened, the following filters can be used:
  • No: select a bank account, is mandatory to fill in one bank account;
  • Bank account posting group: is not a mandatory field;
  • Date filter: is mandatory to fill in with the period of time for which the report should be obtained.
  • Show All: if checked the transactions will be shown continuously, instead of new page for each day;
  • Show Days without Transactions: if checked the report will display also the days without records, in the filtered period.

The report should display the following details:

  • Daily number of transaction;
  • Registration date;
  • Document number;
  • Description of transaction;
  • Currency code;
  • Amount in foreign currency (Cash receipt or Payment); The report displays also information like: daily previous balance, the total values for daily movements (both cash receipt and payment) and daily balance.
